Ethan hails from the St Lawrence River Valley where he grew up on a small dairy farm. He lived, worked, and played in the outdoors every day, where he says, “I learned a strong work ethic and the meaning of a handshake by watching my father.”
After returning home from his time in the U.S. Army he lived in CNY where he enjoyed working as a 24 hr. property manager for a few short years before returning to the North.
There, Ethan worked for his Alma Mater as a student aid, tutor, and basketball coach.
After getting married and starting a family he assumed the full role of “Stay at home Dad.” Child care, homeownership, and farming were his new dedication. While still working with the school he was a volunteer EMT and soon after got licensed in real estate.
In 2017 the Reynolds family returned to CNY, taking advantage of all there is to do! Camping, hiking, fishing, hunting, and high school sports. “This has been a great opportunity for us all. Now I am ready to put my vast network, and knowledge of many trades to work for my clients.” Ethan still maintains property and returns north as often as possible.
Eric was born and raised in upstate NY and has had a passion for the outdoors all his life. For the past 20 years, he has traveled throughout the United States hunting, fishing, and exploring.
Growing up Eric’s father instilled the values of hard work, a positive attitude, and learning to service customers by understanding their needs and then working tirelessly to bring them valuable solutions.
Most of Eric’s professional life has been spent in service to the pristine waters of upstate NY. As a water and wastewater treatment service manager he is tasked with helping facilitate the protection of the environment and the water supply. He is the third generation in his family to take on this responsibility as part of a family business.
With his wife and 3 children, Eric purchased a large acreage property on Oneida Lake. As a result of his creativity and hard work, they have transformed a portion of this land into a hobby farm and orchard.
Eric is a person who understands nature and rural real estate needs. He looks forward to working tirelessly to make certain you find your dream property and help you carve out your own piece of this beautiful country.
Tamara has had a love of the outdoors since she was a kid hiking through the Cicero Swamp behind her childhood home catching fish, frogs, turtles, and salamanders. Even ice skating on the swamp waters in winter. Every summer, her parents rented a cottage for three weeks on Otty Lake in Perth, Ontario, Canada, where there was always new wilderness to discover and ridges to climb.
For 25 years, Tamara dedicated her life to law enforcement. Two years with Clay PD and 23 of those years as a NY State Trooper on Road Patrol (where all the “action” was), a Field Training Officer (FTO) training new Recruit Troopers, and as a Crime Scene Tech (CST) with sporadic assignments in FIU (Forensic Identification Unit).
Upon retiring from the Troopers in 2011, she volunteered at the VA picking up disabled veterans around CNY and transporting them to their appointments at the VA Hospital. Tamara was also in the Army Reserve from 1984 to 1992.
In 2015, Tamara became a Licensed Real Estate Sales Person, working the majority of that time with Howard Hanna Real Estate Services.
In 2018, she fulfilled a 30-year dream of owning a cabin on 9+ acres of wooded land in Redfield, NY. She discovered Redfield when it was part of her patrol area during the time she was assigned to the SP Pulaski barracks as a Trooper and fell in love with the area.
Because of that love for rural and wooded areas, Tamara has moved to her cabin in Redfield permanently with her three dogs and six hens. She has a special appreciation for the Tug Hill area. Her love of the outdoors and all the beautiful areas in and around Tug Hill made it an obvious choice to join NY Outdoor Realty and help those who are looking for land, cabins, hunting camps, lake homes, country homes, etc., and who have a love for that same lifestyle or weekend recreation.
